If I understand correctly, you're looking for something that can handle everything your program is wanting to do? (client/server/etc...) Based upon your tags: Python, C++, Java, C With each of those, I've been able to do both client/server side stuff without needing additional languages.

Hey pal! Try to learn Ruby! It's very pleasant to learn and very efficient in your goals. Of course it's includes an opportunity to develop in a fullstack way. IDK about what Netkos said but with Ruby you can easily make web-programs with some framework such as RoR or Vue.

I haven't used Ruby, so I can't attest to that for web stuff. However, if you're talking about websites, then I'd recommend learning Javascript/NodeJS for that purpose. I've heard others speak on Ruby though, so that's worth looking into as Ynellaras said.
