I've got windows 10 and I'm a Java, c#, C++, HTML, CSS,JS(not fully) programmer. If you want to get Java installed for windows 10 the download Netbeans(https://netbeans.org/) its a great IDE for Java. Then you will have to download the java JDK and Developen Enviroment 8 from http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/java/javase/downloads/index.html.

Step-by-Step:
1) downlaod java JDK and install
2) downlaod Netbeans and install
3) If java if not added to your System enviroment varibles then do it as it will come in good use
