Is Sololearn a worth pastime for a programming student like me? Upvote if yes. :)

Is the Sololearn community a better place to develop my programming knowlege or should I focus on some good alternative learning sites you can suggest to me? I've done the basics of python here. Like now I want to learn more.

Sololearn is a good place to start. I like the tutorials being short enough that I can do them between breaks in the day. Some good places to learn more would be channel 9 or Microsoft Virtual Academy.
