Which language is most basic to learn for beginning? And is this language may be helpful to understand other programming lang?

I will recommend Python. That's the first language I learnt. It's totally "Beginner Friendly". Really simple syntax, and most of people who are new to programming are usually taught Python because of its simplicity.

C++ is good basic. This language contains all the basic things in programming.
The remaining languages only complicate the individual components and functions of this languages.
So if you're not sure where to start - start with C++ , bro :)
