Why is game development so frustrating ?

Hey, I have started Java Game development and mad i game like shown on tutorial but the game is different then it should be and i havent even learned the basics... What could i do? Maybe learn new language or what website, engines and so on do u recommend? Note : I used eclipse for the first game.

well I have basic experience with Unity and Unreal 4, game making is a challenge but it pays off IMO you should Learn c++,Java and c# as it seems to be the base language for most popular engines,I personally recommend UE4 for its blue-print system so you don't have to write as much code were in Unity you have to buy that mechanic, can you say whether it's a 3d or 2d game and genre and so on if you Don't mind😃

i would recommend unreal engine 4 with havok . its my preference i worked at ubisoft Montreal .
