I am not python developer but having a basic knowledge after read this tutorial.

I hope you can find this information in 2nd chapter 1st page "Python Console". They are asking us to download python from its official site. After installed you can access the python through command line or for GUI use IDLE.

This is just my understanding. Just try this otherwise some one will help you.
