Need an full free scholarship for cse , please help somehow

hi there , I'm Nishan from Bangladesh. In our country it's much difficult to get admit in public University , besides it's too costly to study in private University. But I can't think a single day without coding even before my biology exam too and I think I can't do anything better in future without cse. So I'm badly in need of a full free scholarship abroad to continue. I'll pass intermediate in April 2018. Can you please suggest me some such University or give opportunity to admit in and continue ? Thanks

@Reyazul , I'm weak in chemistry from the beginner and also biology too. And In our region we have to learnt all thing well to admit in public University and even also there is no part for ICT in admission. So it's makes me weaker also
