should i be proffesional in jave for android

i learn java just for android and no more so do i have to take course for the whole language or solo learn basics will be fine??

no one need to be professional to develop things !!!
just need know the concepts and implementation of code so that you can develop android applications
in order to develop android applications you need java concepts and XML knowledge,although IDE takes care of all the design you need to concentrate on java implementation

It's gave you a basic idea. But you need more to practice on object, inheritance, threading, exception handling,etc
