Course names: Tutorial vs Fundamentals

Question

I wonder why some names are declarated as tutorial while others are called fundamentals. The certificates sound a little weird with: "x completed the y tutorial course".
What is the difference between a tutorial course and a fundamentals course? If there isn't any, is it possible to change the course names?

Fundamentals course is not as detailed as a normal tutorial course.
