How can some questions be reposted/refreshed?

It says this question was posted 1 hour ago, but it's an old question. Is it enough to edit a question to get it refreshed? I can't replicate this! https://www.sololearn.com/discuss/915458/?ref=app

Yes. If you edit a post and save it, it'll save it as the current time stamp.

Doesn't matter which device you're on. If you click on 'edit' on your reply to me here, and then hit 'Save', your reply will reflect the current time instead of the originally posted time. This is the same for all users, but it's only respective to your own posts. *edit* They must have fixed it then. Just a couple weeks ago it was as simple as edit/save to update/bump a post. *edit* As you can see, even this reply is updated to right now instead of when I posted it yesterday.
