If you're like me, then you believe that learning for the sake of learning is fun. More and more people are learning to code...

every day, and I'm one of them. But how many of us who don't program for a living will eventually get to the point of writing real, useful code? Thoughts?

It's not far as you might think it is. Writing a useful code or making a useful program doesn't have to be a huge project. Think about something that annoy you or something you think would be useful and go make a program about it. You will learn a lot.
