Do long identifiers in java, have any negative effect on program performance?

if i write
int firstNumber=22;

instead of

int fn=22;

do it have any bad effect on performance?

It will not affect the overall performance of the code, but it might make it more difficult to understand the code for other programers. They may not know what "fn" represents. The code will run normally, but it will look differently (obviously).
