Basic Website stuff not taught on SoloLearn

How do you add a URL to an HTML code that was designed to be a website so that people can type the URL on an internet browser and open the webpage you coded

For your website to be accessible it needs to be hosted. You buy "a place" (domain) for your website, or use a free one, which is limited, and there you upload your webpage. Just search hosting on google and ti will come up with lots of them

I think you compare something like codecademy, which is more then an app, it's a big platform...with a simple application SoloLearn what tends up to meet you with the programming life. Happy for sololearn that they grow up release by release. So you should chose what is more suitable for you.

Sololearn is designed to teach you to code, not to setup hosting, configure servers or buy domains. There are plenty (and I mean PLENTY) of articles online teaching you how to do this, just Google "how to setup website and domain name". I suggest you think more carefully before asking irrelevant questions ;)
