How to get 3 radio buttons in the top and bottom of the radio buttons need 4 drop downs

For the drop downs i need 4 dropdowns in that 3 drop down must be menu and the the 4dropdown list must contain checkboxes with multiple select.
For Eg; i had the vehicles dropdown in that the menu should contain cars,bikes,bus,lorry. i have car and bike so that i can select car and bike checkbox
