Im looking for a Coding Mentor

Question

Im new to this and I want someone with more knowledge than me to communicate with not to help me but guide me through programming. Im learning Html Css and Bootstrap atm. And I could use someone to communicate daily with to create a training coding regimen of some sort. Im not picky it can be anybody whos trying to learn html or css atm also!
