Pls guys, I really wanted to build a social interractive forum but dont know where to begin? Even after learning html, css etc

I Started learning Programming 2 months ago even before i joined solo learn. I have watched and completed all my video tutorials on html, css, php, JavaScript and Jquery. The problem is that I need to build an interractive forum but I am still greatly confuse as to where to start from?

i recomend learning php, from there you should learm mysql and use the wamp stack once you understad php+mysql its downhill from there
