In android games how graphics are made??

you can make games for Android using unity which you will have to code in c# or JavaScript
you can find tons of different characters , vehicles in the unity assets store
and for custom graphics and stuff you can use softwares like blender,maya etc
you can create stuff with your own imagination which is pretty cool 😀😀😀

paint,gimp,maya,3Dstudio,various pixel programs, wow I cant list even a fraction of them. Any program that allows you to create art. It is not done via a programming language. In fact game art is a different field entirely. I am sure some programmers can make art also but the fields are not related directly.

yeah it depends on what you are using. In unity you would add your art as an asset. Each language and or framework or engine handles this in a different way.
