If I'm explaining HTML to some one through a webpage and I want browser to show this "To create paragraph use <p> your paragraph </p>" which tag should I use before and after quoted text so that it is displayed as it is?

After watching a video I learned that
int x = Convert.ToInt32(Console.ReadLine());
and
int x = 0
x = int.Parse(Console.ReadLine());
essentially seem to be the same thing...why is that, and when would one way come in handy over the other?

I'm completely new to programming, start uni this year and I need to get a grip of Java as it's mandatory. what should I do in order to fully understand terminology, basics, principle's etc. I have seen the Java coding but do not understand one thing.

A person enters his savings that he is kept for one whole year . If his saving is more than 300000 then 2.5% should ne detected otherwise no deduction ahould be made . What will be the coding for that question ?

Q1: should we always assign one svg size if more than one graphs are drawn?
Q2: again, I want to make two different animations of different shapes? in the same svg, without changing the size, no result?
Q3: and again, in a same svg sized, want to make path with combinations of C, S , A etc, no results?

can't we use "break" to if statement....??? then, what do i want do to stop the if statement after the results....
beacause, i have written a code with options. one of the options from them is "exit". so, i want to exit the program when i select exit... please help me......

hello every one
it is a usefull advice in learning this html course , leave html5 at the bigining & learn java script completly because in some sections (from 10/19 to end of the course) you need basic & even advance knowledge of JS . then your able to return to previous course & learn html5 easier.

how to write a program that reads in a character <char> from the keyboard and then displays one of the following messages
1. if<char> is in lowercase letter the message
"the uppercase letter corresponding to char is..."
2. if<char> is in uppercase letter the message
"the lowercase letter corresponding to char is..."

i have two tables table_1 in database_1 and table_a in database_A. from different programs. they contain 60% the same columns. 40% is different. the columns are sorted differently. I have 10 variables called, int1, int2, int 3 and so on. The user can write one number into the console. If the user types 7, I want to add 3 to the value of int7. how do I do this without 10 if statements? can I somehow do something like, (int + "userinput") += 3?

How to set x to get y and become z permanently and protect the unit from corrupt or deviation or denying or hiding while z securely functions actively is the purpose.

Matt reaches the final round of a treasure hunt. In this, he finds that as he proceeds there are flags with the number written on them at different positions. The difference between two consecutive flags can be either a or b. If he finds the number on the first flag is 0. Given three integer, first one is number of flags present, second is a and third is b. then return all the possible values for last flag for each test case.
