I was tryg 2 add the path 2 Java & Im pretty sure I messed it up bc cmd didn't recognize javac. Is there a way to start all over

I created an html document with the extension .html , I'm 100% sure that the documents was well written, but when I tried opening the document with my browser; I saw a series of meaningless characters which covered my screen. but my expected output was "I am loved by God"

I'm pretty sure I covered this in C, but there was something about the way the ints were stored that this function wouldn't update the variables properly... Can anyone confirm, or expand?

Write a fully functioning program that converts radians to degree.
Degrees=radians x 180/pi
Make sure there is user input and the user is promoted what to input. The program must work with decimal numbers because pi radians (3.14159...) is a possible user input

Isn't this just a reoccurring function called from within itself until a particular set of conditions are met? I don't know it just seems like shorthand to me. Like a do-while loop. I am sure it could be used for more than just factorials.

How can I make a reference for a list of variables. If false i want the system to check through all my variable to make sure they are false.
Code-
var2 = "Tanner"
var3 = "Jake"
question = input('What is your name? ')
if question == var2:
print('\nWelcome Back Tanner!')
if question == var3:
print('\nWelcome Back Jake!")
if question !=( This is where i need help!)( Is the != the correct way to write not equal?)

I don't know why, but when I import tkinter on IDLE like this:
from tkinter import *
And I say:
window = Tk()
Even known I use python 3.2.5, which should be able to use Tkinter, the python shell raises a ValueError that says that Tk() is not defined. I am very sure I use python 3.2.5 and tutorials from the Python Foundation say that is what I have to do. But it still doesn't work.
Does anyone have an idea of how to solve this problem? Thank you!
