I can't check my mod's and I must find a human person(about "human person" later on my steam account) who can check them.

I doubt you will find one here. Have you tried steam forums of that game?

Yes, but I do not always have access to the PC and from sololearn it is difficult to pump codes
also half the players are Russian and they can not understand what it is and they have a reaction for example
"WHAT FOR THE BRED IS WHAT THIS IS A GUY"

Anyway, this isn't the best place to contact the person you need. Posts here are too short-lived and chances of right person seeing yours are very low. Have you tried contacting developers by email/social media?
