Metamorphic engine with artifical neural networks?

Question

Hello (.*), I'm looking for a topic for my BA thesis. I've some experience writing binary code mutating engines and writing useless C/C++/ASMx86/ASMx64 code. But I'm relativly new if it comes down to ANN's. I've done some stuff with ANN implementations in C (genann) and Python (tensorflow). But I have absolutely no experience with autoencoder's and ANN's with variable sized inputs, which is probably required for ANN based metamorphic engines.

Any hints or helpful thoughts? <3
