How to save user data until the next openening of the code in Javascript?

Question

When a user saves data, e.g. a setting, I want it to still be available after the user closes and reopens the code. Storage and document.cookie are blocked, is there a way I can achieve this?

If its a possible resource, you can send the data to a server side component, which stores it in a database and retrieves it at login time. At client side, i think the cookie is the only option...
