For a beginner, is it advisable to learn all skills(programming language) at the same time or master one before another?

its far more better and advisable to master in one language. learning more than one language at a time is like steping in two boats at a time.

If you mean learn all the programming languages first, then no, don't do that. You'll spend a long time on very similar concepts, essentially how to declare a variable or write a method in loads of languages. It's like learning to say hello my name is... in 50 different languages, but going no further. I also wouldn't advise "mastering" a language right away, so you have to strike a balance. Maybe learn 2 or 3 and then start to delve into those languages deeper (HTML/CSS/JS really are are trio for web stuff). Solving problems with a language is like starting to learn rudimentary phrases in a spoken language, you're starting to feel your way around and find out what works and doesn't, and where to look when you don't know something

It's better for your brain to do them one after another than all together.
