Does anyone know about attaching images in c???

I want to know how to attach images to my c program n if possible change my background color or to an image.

You would need to use a graphics library for this.
SDL2 is a good one.

I don't think it's possible. Program usually runs in command prompt kinda dialogue box. You can change the background color of you "Text Editor/ IDE" , if you are on PC of course. Impossible in mobile devices.
