The only way SoloLearn will help a professional is by serving as a rapid introductory course to a new programming language. If you've never coded before, SoloLearn won't be enough to learn how to code properly. However, if you've already been coding for a while then SoloLearn is a great way of learning the basics (I insist that you only learn the basics) of a new programming language. Personally, I used SoloLearn to learn C++. I already knew C and several other programming languages, so all I needed was C++ features and syntax. SoloLearn was great for this. The courses are, I believe, meant to be completed in a few days at most. If you expect to learn everything there is about a programming language in a few days then you're going to be disappointed.

I think sololearn is a great resource. I am currently an electrical and electronic engineering student doing a module in object orientated programming and using solo learn to supplement my study.
