Is there any place where free ideas on projects are available? if yes please let me know...

I just want to know about it..
Working models is more preferred and software too.. I'm just confused 😕

some ideias:
- create a system to sell used books. user get a register in your sell and put the books to sell.
- A system to control N libraries. then, user can check in witch library has a book that he want.
