What are the tools i need to setup a website with nothing other than my phone [I don't mean website builders or WordPress like ]

I know how to code but I don't own a laptop so I'm wondering are there tools available on the app store That I can use to set up and register a website?

You can buy the paid plan or host on your localhost... Palapa web server or dory nodejs apps... you'll have to switch to static global ip and setup router port forwarding...

Use a hosting service like 000webhost. Just upload the code files and visit the link.
