Where I must code to make games and app using Java..

I want to know the IDE where I can write down my code and create my own games and app..
Do this need any other special tool to do this..
I need to do this using Java..
please help me so that I can make games and app for everyone..

What your code does, the IDE doesn't care about. Those shall help you code faster and have less work. So you don't need a special IDE for games, as far as I know, there is none especialy helping Game-Devs. If you are only looking for a good one: look at the answer above from @Jonas Schröter

For me, Intellij IDEA always was THE Java IDE, but here you can download many different eclipse versions:
