Add dinamically html tag form JS.

Question

Hey guys/girls I need to add 1 or more html tags like this after a button click event:
<p>
Enter value:
<input type=“number” id=“v1” value=“5”/>
</p>
How can I do it, possibly using jquery and changing id.
