Necessary skills?

what are the necessary skills every programmer should know ?
(like web and databases)

It most depends on the field you are focusing on, you don't really need to be a web expert if this is not your field, make a Google search (or a DuckDuckGo one if you're paranoid) is enough.

That said, i think every single programmer, regardless the field he works, should have problem solving skills, because programming is all about problem solving. I know, it sounds like a non-tecnichal skills, but trust me... problem solving skills will be useful once you get stuck in a real world problem.
