I see you've gotten started in all of the languages on SoloLearn. But you haven't made much progress in them. You seemed to like C++, or at least got farthest in that one. Go through the lessons and stick to that one language. Once you have a grasp of the basics, pic a simple board game and try to write a code for it. for example, Chutes and Ladders. Program a "spinner" that prints a random number from 1-9. Then map the board so that certain numbers will be chutes or ladders. Once you do something like that, and it works, you become more invested in this whole thing. So that's your homework: Automate a simple board game. Have fun and ask lots of questions.

the are numerous books you can download that can teach you how to do that on any language you prefer.

Furthermore, I can say that you can simple say by the language whether it‘s possible to code an application. For what I know, HTML is not a language with what you can code an application
