you need to complete the course first
then complete a little of Java for Android
complete a GUI programming tutoiral (I Recommend Java Because Python GUI is broken 😛)
search for API Types Or A List If Them And Search For Them Like How Do They Work,etc
Finally For Parsing Java + Python You Use Python Library That Called "Jnius" For Accessing Java Classes From Python
