@Alind How long have you been programming? Many people treat programming like it's their New Year resolution to go to the gym. It's great for a couple weeks until you stop for the rest of the year. Got a lot of good workouts, but didn't really build any muscles, ya know? The reality is that it takes a long time to become an expert programmer. To put it into perspective, the general consensus in the industry is that a Senior Programmer is one that has 10 years of experience. For many, you're still considered beginner/entry level for a few years. The point I'm making is that it takes years of honing your craft. Just like all things, you just keep learning and pushing forward. I'm 32 right now and have been programming since I was 13, and I still learn something new with it on a nearly daily basis. I'm always refining the way that I've done things and upgrade it with new means as they become known to me. It's a long, brutal road to getting to where you're wanting to be, but I can't even begin to explain its worth in taking the journey. If programming is your passion, just be patient and keep on tackling it one program at a time. If you're not passionate about programming, you're in for a nightmare. lol

Just like how you gain wisdom in life, through experience. The more that you program/create/debug stuff, the better you get and the more developed your sense of logic becomes for many things. As well, the more than you read other people's code, the more you'll learn about doing things in various ways and you'll begin to recognize what is most efficient for given scenarios. Basically, you don't do what you're unaware of. So the more you become aware of various means of going about stuff, the more you're able to do and the better you're able to utilize logic in future situations. This goes hand-in-hand with what I already said, but I'd recommend spending time honing your math skills as well. Programming is mostly just math concepts, and most things can be done via math concepts. The more math you know, the more options you give yourself on going about something. As well, math does wonders in regards to this type of logic.
