What language is used to create games?

I have a desire to create a videogame, what languge shold I learn?

I know both languages and engines, and really you can't go wrong with either of them. They're the two main game engines used in the industry today, and both work really well for anything I've ever attempted with them. I'd play around with both and see which feels best to you. For myself, I specialize in Unity development at this point in time, so most of my focus goes there.
