When will we type the value of attribute like this?

<img src="/images/picture.jpg"> Explanation from w3school: picture.jpg is located in the images folder at the root of the current web What is that mean? Is that mean including the folder in code?

There are paid and free hosting services, you can search the web for "free web hosting" keyword to find a free one for you : )

TQ Now I understand absolute path and relative path. But I don't understand what is "root of web", Where the image locate at? where the folder containing image locate?
