I know about JavaScript, HTML and CSS. I have heard about bootstrap. So I am looking for learning any framework which provides the responsive user interfaces. Can you please suggest me any framework for this purpose?

Start learning JavaScript as it includes User Interaction and has lot of ways and examples to practice and master. JavaScript would be best to learn after HTML5

go with bootstrap framework it's easy and powerful it's same as CSS and study about media queries I suggest you go deep with media queries
