courses are usually basics but you have lesson factory that you can find many other things and of course you have many resources on web to look

SoloLearn is great for learning the basics and getting started. Afterward I recommend that you seek out as many additional resources as you can and continue to learn the language. For example, in the Java course it doesn't even mention that Threads are a thing or anything to do with the Java GUI systems. It's really vague coverage, but again, it's good to get you started with something that isn't too overwhelming.
Always keep seeking out new information to learn.

I think the main perk of SoloLearn is their mobile apps and the ability to easily work on a course from your phone in your spare time. That's indeed a good perk also.
However, it's not a one-stop resource and you'll have to extend out beyond here to further obtain the information you seek. Check out Python's website, there is a lot of resources there as well.

Okay so these courses are the basics. But lets say we take "functions/lambdas" in "python"
are there still more complex things to learn about functions ,, or any of the basics(lists, recursion) are there still to be added to them that isn't taught here?

yeah what I did is complete a course(eg:Python) and then afterward I would watch youtube tutorials on the language and then just add what sololearn didn't add
