Time Limit Exceeded?

Hello all, I am in a programming class for C and I do not have Visual Studio on my Chromebook. this Or Table that I built in class work in Visual, but gives my the TLE error on Sololearn. I have no idea what I am doing, so at this point any help would be most welcome.

Thank you! That makes me feel way better. In other words I will have a slim chance of running longer codes within a while one loop, correct?

so I would have to take everything out of the while one loop to run it, then return the loop in order to turn in my work
