What language uses arduino c++? & what uses raspberrypi?

raspberry pi is a fully function computer in itself. (except display),as jan said you can use any language which is available under linux.if you run raspbian(or most linux distros).
arduino is more of an architecture in itself. You can program it using c or assembly(beside arduino language, but you may not be able to use arduino to its full potential using it.)
