I just completed the html but html5 is yet to complete . So should I go for css ? Or Should I first complete the whole html part

You can start CSS but it's better to finish HTML5 first

You should have started with HTML5 actually. Well since you have completed with HTML, you can try learning it and CSS both simultaneously. That way you could better relate to concepts.
