Which is the best language for web design? HTML , PHP or ASP?

its depends upon needs. if you want just a informative website then html with css and javascript is good choice or if you want cms based website then php best. i prefer php because php opeensource and widely used scripting language and it is quite good than asp.

well, it comprises of Different languages . but you Need html, css and javascript for the Front end. and you Need server Scriptive language for back end such as PHP, ruby, asp etc.

I prefer HTML because we can add JavaScript with <script> tag and CSS <style> tag to html document 😉...
