How easy is it to get a job for Front End Web Development?

Question

I’m currently trying to choose a programming ‘niche’ to specialize in. I tried mobile development, but did not have a good time with it. I am now trying web development and currently love it :] I’m wondering a few things: is it worth learning web dev? Is the pay good? And most importantly, are websites like Wix.com going to overrule web development for newcomers like me?

Its easy if you are good at it. There are many other options like freelance developer and build your own web development company.
