you can use HTML,js,CSS for mobile app, but u have to use some framework like phone gap or IONIC. and in js you have to go in depth by using angular js, or mobile jquery,

You should start using Google. Hardly someone write you any good example on phone within this discussion. Search on Google and you will find plenty JavaScript based mobile frameworks free or paid, all with own site and plenty of examples.

check out Phonegap or jQuery Mobile . just google them and follow along .
