i know the method which in pc, bt it will b better if any way to develop ios app by android.

You would need to use another library to abstract away the components of your app that are OS specific. You can't, however, make a single app that works on both without recompiling. Unless you have a very good reason, it's highly recommended that you maintain two different apps.
