Which is the best Open Source License?

I am a 14 years old boy. I am creating a basic web browser in C#. I want to upload it to Sourceforge.net but as per their conditions, I need a open source license. Which one should I take?

I would recommend you to actually read through the eula's of the most common licenses:
GPL, LGPL, APL, BSD (quite sure I forgot some also important players).
I won't recommend one because I fear your lawyer if I give the wrong advice ^^
