I've learn HTML, CSS, JQUERY, SQL and now PHP in SL. Is it help me if I'm try to get work from freelance site or get work individually.? Is it work for me or help to get work?

You should consider building a portfolio using these skills, the certificate that you get from sololearn doesn't help in itself, employers are looking for larger show of your skills.
