typescript is a language, JavaScript is also a language based on typescript, covering some part of it's functionality. consider js is a sub-set of ts.
angularJS is a framework for js, created by Google.

JavaScript: basic programming language (like phyton)

Typescript: precompiler that allows you to use programming constructs that are (not yet) available in JavaScript (ecma5) or shorter in syntax (no brackets). typescript code is compiled to plain JavaScript code before it can be used by most of the browsers.

AngularJs: single page application (SPA) framework based on JavaScript, that allows you to build fancy model view controller (MVC) patterns. it is seen as the next generation after jQuery. it's successor, Angular2 is written in typescript.
