What HTML is require to become better game developer.

hi everybody.
I know only Python.and I just starting learning Java. but everybody learn HTML first .why i know 50% html but what should I learn HTML or CSS.what these languages actually require.

Uhm... You should not be guided by what others do. Maybe they have other interests than yours. If you are interested in the development of games and you already know a language, why not continue looking for resources in that language?

If you are planning to become a game dev in a large scale you might want to learn c++/c# , java/javascript might be handy for smaller scale games or even kotlin for mobile.
html and css are not even considered programming languages
