Should I make a career out of Android Development or Front End Web Development?

Question

I’m 15 and have been programming for about a year now and I really love doing it. I learned using Visual Basic at school, and am currently self teaching myself Java, JavaScript, and HTML. I have 2 paths in programming that I want to take(Android dev and Front End Web Dev). I like both and don’t know which path to take. I don’t wanna go down android and have it be over run by Apple and windows. But I also don’t wanna be a web dev and be overruled by sites like Wix. Any suggestions?

Both are very large markets right now. It you are skilled (which if you keep at it you will be) you will often have no problem finding a job "if" you are willing to move where tech companies are. That being said "Ruby" is a huge system being used right now for Android development and even Apple. Android is much larger than Apple and has allot more jobs available too. Really depends on why you want to do it? Is it salary? Is it because you enjoy it? What drives you is the question.
