What is the best order to learn HTML, Java script and CSS

so I'm currently learning HTML, but I want to know what to learn afterwards(I'm also learning python and c# at school but the progress is very slow)
also, do I need to know another language to make a well-performing and good looking website?

better after finishing learning html turn to css then javascript.
you know html and css are just structure languages, so that javascript needs kind of base programming knowledge such as c++, I advise you to learn c++ anyway so you can understand all other languages as well after learning c++, even c# python java also becomes much clear to understand and deal with)
